In the space of wearables, these are my picks for best Fitbit alternatives in Singapore based on value for money and Service centr repair and warranty.
1) Garmin (yes, that Garmin making GPS)

There are plenty of models, but I like the Venu series. Unlike my silly Fitbit, I think GPS will track my runs and cycling much better for approximately the same price as similar Fitbit.
Best of all, plenty of service locations. So you can be assured you can actually use the warranty you paid for.
2) On Google Wear OS, I'd pick the Oppo Watch. This is so you know the app functions well and integrates better with any Android phone. Visually similar to Apple watch, and that's my recommendation door iphone users looking for smartwatch.

Only downside, seems that users say battery drain is an issue. Oppo service centre location is at Suntec, so very central!
Value for money from a big company.
Apple charges more than Fitbit, but make it super easy to get the help you need be it service and repairs. That's how it's done Fitbit!
3) finally my value pick is North Edge, an AliExpress best seller. I mean just look at it -

Rugged and tracks heart rate, GPS well (at least according to reviews). No service centre in Singapore, but hey, you could literally buy 3 for the price of 1 Fitbit.
Ultimately, my picks are based on my own opinion, because I feel that quality products aren't just marketing. Post sales support is equally important, so comment below if you've had nightmare experience finding Fitbit Support too!
