Received a Fitbit from loved one, it wasn't cheap. Discovered it doesn't track my SpO2 nor GPS well at all.
That's when I realized, despite pairing up with the Singapore government, the company cannot be bothered to partner ONE. SINGLE. SERVICE. CENTRE. Unacceptable, considering the price they charge.
So how can one get help in Singapore:
For those who wanna jump right in, it's from the app (mine is Android), under the profile page
Otherwise,
1) make sure you sync phone to watch
2) update both phone and watch to latest software
3) check out the community page
4) if all else falls, reboot the phone AND watch
5) only then, maybe, Fitbit Support will deign to reply you because they'll tell you to try all the above first.
And that's only when you click this specifically:
I highly recommend you try the basic self help first, because obviously Fitbit thinks users who can find Support after jumping through all these hoops are definitely still noobs.
In conclusion, Fitbit sells a decent product but at crazy marked up prices, with piss poor support. Thanks for reading and hope you find this guide helpful, do comment below if you have any suggestions for improvement!
